- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (optional)
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
- Add a layer of frozen ravioli.
- Top with meat sauce and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.

- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before cooking.
