Description

This creamy cilantro sauce is perfect for drizzling over your favorite dishes or as a refreshing dip.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the cilantro.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together. If using Greek yogurt and the sauce is very thick, add water by the teaspoon until the texture is loosened.
  3. Refrigerate until serving.
