Description

A delicious and hearty Italian sausage soup loaded with vegetables and white kidney beans.


Ingredients

  • 3 (15 ounce) cans white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups potatoes (such as gold or russet), diced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning (or oregano)
  • 1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream (optional)
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
