Scale
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/4 cups parmesan, shredded or freshly grated
  • Parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

  6. Mix in the parmesan until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  8. Serve topped with sliced steak and garnish with parsley, red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper as desired.
