Description

A unique and flavorful chili that combines traditional ingredients with a touch of sweetness from a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whole onion, diced
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 14 ounces fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 15 ounces chili beans
  • 1 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup
  • 2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Better than Bouillon, Beef Flavored
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add garlic and onion; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, fire-roasted tomatoes, chili beans, and seasonings.
  4. Incorporate the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup until melted.
  5. Simmer for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
