- 10 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare your cups by lining a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Make the cookie crust by mixing crushed Oreos with melted butter and pressing into the bottom of each liner.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Spoon the filling into each cup over the crust and top with extra crushed Oreos.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use full-fat cream cheese.
- These cups can be made a day in advance for convenience.
