Description

Delicious and creamy Oreo cheesecake cups perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 10 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare your cups by lining a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Make the cookie crust by mixing crushed Oreos with melted butter and pressing into the bottom of each liner.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream until combined.
  5. Spoon the filling into each cup over the crust and top with extra crushed Oreos.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
