- 1 cup Kalamata Olives (Other olives can be used for variety)
- 1 cup Feta Cheese (Can use goat cheese or vegan feta)
- 1 cup Cucumber (Can substitute with zucchini or bell peppers)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (Grape tomatoes or diced regular tomatoes can work)
- 1 package Whole Wheat Pita Bread (Gluten-free pita or assorted crackers are alternatives)
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Consider using flavored oils)
- 1 cup Fresh Parsley (Chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Warm the pita wedges by placing them on a baking tray and baking for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the dips by placing hummus and tzatziki in serving bowls.
- Arrange roasted peppers, artichokes, olives, feta, cucumber slices, and cherry tomatoes around the dips.
- Drizzle olive oil over the platter and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
- Serve immediately with warm pita wedges.
