Description

A refreshing fruit salad made with mangoes, grapes, peaches, and strawberries, enhanced with a creamy mango pulp mixture.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 mangoes (peeled and cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 1/2 cups grapes
  • 2 peaches (peeled and cut into bite size pieces)
  • 2 cups strawberries (cut into quarters)
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • shredded coconut and fresh mint leaves (optional garnishes)

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, mix mango pulp, heavy cream, and condensed milk. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mangoes, grapes, peaches, and strawberries.
  3. If desired, add the optional chilled mango cream mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Serve this salad cold in a bowl garnished with coconut and mint leaves.

Notes

  • This salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
