Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix until well combined.

- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges. Allow to cool on wire racks before serving.
