Description

Ingredients

  • 4 each salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth; stir and simmer for about 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add spinach and Parmesan cheese; mix until the cheese melts.
  6. Place salmon in a baking dish, pour the sauce over them, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
