A delicious and easy recipe for Beef Fried Rice, perfect for using up leftover rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups day-old cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers)
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: chop vegetables, mince garlic, and slice the steak.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak strips for 3-4 minutes until browned. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and mixed vegetables; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Add day-old rice to the skillet, breaking up clumps while stirring for about 2 minutes.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the rice mixture; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Create a well in the center of the rice; pour in beaten eggs and scramble until set before mixing through.
