This delicious berry trifle features layers of angel food cake, creamy vanilla pudding, and fresh mixed berries, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

- 1 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups angel food cake, cubed
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ¼ cup dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for about five minutes to thicken.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until combined.
- Cut the angel food cake into bite-sized cubes.
- Layer the dessert: start with cake cubes at the bottom of clear glasses, add a layer of pudding mixture, then a layer of mixed berries. Repeat layers until glasses are full.
- Top each trifle with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving to let flavors meld.
