Description

Delicious and colorful fruit kabobs that are easy to make and perfect for parties or snacks!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large banana, sliced into 12 slices
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice (for brushing the banana slices)
  • 12 green grapes
  • 12 strawberries (about 1 pint), green top removed
  • 12 white mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Place the banana slices on a small plate or in a bowl. Use a pastry brush to brush each slice with pineapple juice to keep the banana slices from browning.
  2. Then, assemble each kabob by threading on a grape, banana slice, strawberry (with the wide end facing the banana slice), and a marshmallow. See the photos for guidance on how the kabob should look.
  3. Store the kabobs in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve them.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • These kabobs are great for kids and can be customized with different fruits.
  • Make sure to use a pastry brush to evenly coat the banana slices with pineapple juice.
