Description

Delicious and refreshing frozen yogurt bites with fruit.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek-style plain yogurt (whole-milk yogurt preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup, optional to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced fruit (raspberries, blueberries, banana, strawberries, or other desired fruit)
  • sprinkles (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla to a bowl. Stir well.
  2. Divide mixture among a silicone freezer container or ice cube tray.
  3. Top with a few slices of fruit and sprinkles (if using).
  4. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve cold.
