Description
Delicious and refreshing frozen yogurt bites with fruit.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Greek-style plain yogurt (whole-milk yogurt preferred)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup, optional to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced fruit (raspberries, blueberries, banana, strawberries, or other desired fruit)
- sprinkles (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Add the yogurt, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla to a bowl. Stir well.
- Divide mixture among a silicone freezer container or ice cube tray.
- Top with a few slices of fruit and sprinkles (if using).
- Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve cold.

- Use any seasonal fruit you like.
