Description

Delicious chocolate pudding cups topped with crushed cookies and gummy carrots.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix (instant)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 cup chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
  • 8 pieces gummy carrots

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and chocolate pudding mix until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until well combined.
  3. In serving cups, layer the pudding mixture and crushed cookies, starting with pudding and ending with cookies on top.
  4. Top each cup with gummy carrots for decoration.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set.
