Description

Delicious homemade pretzels shaped like bunnies and drizzled with white chocolate!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Warm Water (110°F)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (Melted)
  • 1/4 cup Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles (Pastel colors preferred)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Gradually add warm water and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a rope. Shape the ropes into bunny forms.
  5. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add baking soda. Carefully dip each pretzel into the solution for 30 seconds.
  6. Place the pretzels on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake the pretzels for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool slightly.
  8. Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the pretzels. Add sprinkles for decoration.

Notes

  • Ensure the water temperature is around 110°F for best yeast activation.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm environment for optimal fluffiness.
