Description
Delicious fried Oreo pancakes that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for a sweet treat!
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups complete pancake mix (just add water) (plus more if needed for thickening)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 Double Stuff Oreo Cookies
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil (plus more for frying)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep pot, Dutch oven, or deep fryer to 375ºF.
- Combine pancake mix, egg, milk, vanilla, and 2 teaspoons vegetable oil in a large bowl. If thin, add more pancake mix, 1 tablespoon at a time, until thickened.
- Dip each Oreo into the batter, then place in the oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown all over.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain.
- Move the Oreos on a serving plate and sift powdered sugar over the top. Serve immediately while they are still hot and crispy.
Notes
- For thicker pancakes, adjust the amount of pancake mix as needed.
- Ensure oil is at the right temperature for best frying results.
