Description
A delightful side dish featuring fresh or frozen peas in a creamy dill sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh peas (or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
- If using fresh peas, shell and rinse thoroughly. For frozen peas, use directly from the freezer.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly. Add peas and sauté for 3 minutes until vibrant green and tender.
- Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh dill until well combined.
- Serve warm as a delightful side dish.
Notes
- Using fresh peas enhances the flavor, but frozen peas are convenient and still delicious.
