Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal later.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. This blend creates the soft, cake-like structure that makes this bread so tender.
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar and melted butter until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the buttermilk and vanilla extract until the mixture becomes creamy and fragrant.
