Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ ounces brandy
  • ½ ounce pure maple syrup (or honey)
  • ½ cup steaming hot water
  • 3 apple slices
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 ½ cups brandy
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In the serving glass, stir together the brandy and maple syrup.
  2. Add the apple slices to the glass.
  3. Pour in the hot water and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
  4. Warm 4 cups water, 1 ½ cups brandy, and 4 tablespoons maple syrup on the stovetop until hot but not boiling.
  5. Garnish as in Step 3 and serve.

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
