This homemade Italian salad dressing is quick and easy to make, perfect for salads or marinades.
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup V8 Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Shake well.
- Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- This dressing can also be used as a marinade for vegetables or meats.
