Description
Delicious grilled chicken marinated in teriyaki sauce with a hint of lemon.
Ingredients

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions
- Place chicken, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and sesame oil in a large Ziploc bag or sealable container.
- Close bag and shake to thoroughly coat the chicken.
- Place chicken in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours or overnight.
- When ready to cook, turn the grill on to high heat.
- Remove chicken from bag and immediately throw away any remaining marinade.
- Grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- For best results, marinate overnight.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
